Motor Tester SMT-20 is a simple and easy to use multifunctional tester for checking electrical 

condition of 3 phase machines up to 200 HP and also can be used for testing relay coils, 

Single Phase motors, fans, DC Machines, Power Semiconductor devices etc.,

MOTOR TESTER SMT-20 MEASURES :

Insulation resistance of winding at 500 VDC/1000 VDC max for detecting leakage between winding to winding or to earth.

Resistance of the windings for detecting the open circuits / loose connections, dry solder in a winding coil.

Inductance of the windings for detecting the short circuits between individual turns of a winding coil.

Inductance of the windings with respect to different positions of rotor for detecting blow holes or cracks in the rotorbars.

All these defects can be checked with in a few minutes without dismounting the equipment (after switching off the power supply)
